Our Coalition produced this visionary report for the people after many people participated in a 10 year projects of looking at how to reverse the jail industry’s plan to build bigger jails in Whatcom County. We wanted to instead show that there are many other ways to do economic development that would keep people out of jail, put people to work, and build a stronger community. This is our result.
